Thunderbird Restore from backup

How to backup Thunderbird

1. type in search box  "%appdata%

2. C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Roaming  find  thunderbird folder 

3. click to thunderbird then click Profiles

4. now path files eg.  C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles

5. copy Profile folder  eg. exn8i7kd.default  to any new location folder for your want eg. D:\thunderbird-2   eg.  D:\thunderbird-2\ exn8i7kd.default

Thunderbird Restore from backup

1. Start  type in search box  "thunderbird.exe -p"

2. Create Profile  click Next  change  Name for your want to use

3. Chose Folder and browse to D:\thunderbird-2  then choose exn8i7kd.default

4. close app then  start thunderbird   

5. Finished
